Daniel was born in 1974 in France. After graduation, he worked in different places until 2006, when he said: “I’m going around the world”. Little did he know, one month into his trip, he’d come across Dali and there, he met Fei. Now they have two kids and run a small guesthouse next to the One Pagoda in Dali. Daniel truly loves Yunnan, which sometimes reminds him of the Alps, sometimes of the Provence. If he is not at home cooking or caring for his kids, he is out in some Yunnanese bazi, driving through pristine surroundings or connecting travelers to outstanding locals.
