Born and raised in Kunming, Aaron is a huge expert on local cuisine. To visit a market or an interesting restaurant with him in Yunnan is a treat for anyone. A big factor in this is his charming personality. Aaron has had the big green leaf (tea) lead him in his career in the past and has both opened a tea shop and designed exclusive tea tasting expeditions into the hills of Xishuangbanna. Now, he has turned his focus to coffee and is building a coffee experience farm in Pu’er. Aaron works and lives in Kunming and is part of our culinary discovery team.
